The cellar
Kept short on purpose
Every bottle earned its place by being drunk more than once. Each one carries a region, a grape, a vintage, and a note we actually mean.

Pouring policy
We open the good bottle on an ordinary Tuesday.
There is no occasion requirement, no corkage, and no sommelier. Chair 1 chooses first; Chair 2 finishes the bottle.
